Thank you for visiting my website. I have been in private practice offering holistic counseling and energy therapy modalities to individuals and small groups for 9 years. 

I work with people at all stages of their personal transformation - from clients in crisis, survival mode and experiencing loss and trauma, to clients living above survival but desiring a strong inner foundation from which to live an authentic and joyous life, to clients who are exploring their inner awakening.

After I began working in the field of personal development, I intentionally pursued energy therapy training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Brennan Healing Science (BHS) has a distinct way of integrating emotional process work along with the deeper levels from which healing occurs - intentionality (single minded focus as in martial arts) and core essence expression (more commonly known as the creative wave).  

It has been my experience that by offering my clients the combination of emotional process work AND awareness of and connection to their intention and creative core, their lives are radically improved in ways beyond what they imagined was possible.  There is a heart-centeredness, aliveness and spontaneity in the work that is essential for deep personal transformation.

The ammonite fossil (above) symbolizes the cyclical and ever evolving nature of the personal transformation journey. Ammonites contain chambers divided by thin walls. When forming, as an ammonite grew in size, it added new and larger chambers to the open end of the shell. For me, this is a beautiful representation of completing some piece of inner personal work and growing a larger 'inner container' from which future development and life can spring forth.
